Washington University December Degree Candidates for 2008
will be held on
Saturday, December 6, 2008
in Graham Chapel at
1:30 p.m.
A reception will be held immediately following the ceremony.

Family and guests are welcome. Caps and gowns will not be worn at this ceremony. Business dress is recommended. Degree candidates will be asked to arrive at Graham Chapel by 1 p.m. to pick up their name card and then will be seated by degree. The Grand Marshal will announce names as each candidate walks across the stage to shake hands with the Chancellor. Since all are degree candidates, no diplomas or diploma covers will be handed out. Each candidate will, however, receive a small remembrance from the Chancellor.
All December degree candidates are welcome to attend both the December Recognition and the All-University May Commencement Ceremony, which will be held on Friday, May 15, 2009. An invitation to the May ceremony will be included with your diploma. December diplomas are mailed in February.
